We had the opportunity to collaborate with ICW Group Insurance designing and animating this video used to recruit new agents and producers. ICW Group wanted the message to be true to who they are, who their customers are, and attract the best agents to the team. Any interactions depicted needed to reflect how they truly happen, and customer representations needed to be based on actual company data.

Using a combination of 3D animation and 2D iconography, we think the clean look and bold text help make the message approachable and easy to digest.
